In this section…an outline of my training. This is training that suits me, my style, my goals. It is not what I would recommend other people do. You need to plan training to be specific to your aims and abilities. Nonetheless you may be interested to see if I practice what I preach, and the types of training that are behind the results that I get (good or bad!)

WEEKLY ROUTINE
Monday -Morning jog; Lunchtime swim; Evening spinn at Fitnessfirst
Tuesday - Morning spinn; Lunchtime swim; Evening run;
Wednesday - Morning jog; Lunchtime swim; Evening spinn at BodyRox (plus weights)
Thursday - Morning jog; Lunchtime swim; Possible evening run;
Friday - Morning jog; Lunchtime swim; Possible evening run;
Saturday - Morning bike; Evening jog
Sunday - Morning run; Evening weights
