WINTER BASE SEASON
3 xlong steady endurance [60-70% effort]
2 x hills or speed [70-90% effort]
1 x race pace or intervals [range: 60% easy to 90% hard]

SUMMER RACE SEASON
1 x long steady endurance - morning, evening or club rides (2-4 hours)
2 x hills or speed- 5mile road efforts, spinn class or the hills of the north coast
3 x race pace or intervals - Tues, Thur, Sun races or spinn classes
