2008 Completed Pete Ward 38m coastal in sub 8hrs, made top 24 in the UK Selections for LandRover G4 Adventure Race, trudged through a wet and windy Jersey Marathon in 3:28, came 2nd Jersey Fours Boat in the Gorey to France and Sark to Jersey Rowing Races, came 3rd in the Jersey Long Distance Canoe Race, Moutaineered in New Zealand
2009 Winner Jersey Tough Guy, Placed top 17 in World Coastal Rowing Champs (Plymouth) and top 5 GB Masters at Coastal Rowing Champs
2010 Winner Jersey Tough Guy, Set new record in Macmillain row-a-thon. Top 23 in World Coastal Rowing Champs. Top 4 in UK Indoor Rowing Champs (>45yrs < 75kgs)
2011 7th Overall in the Easter Series Cycle Races (2nd Vet). Silver Standard in Etape du Tour (sub 4 hours). 48Mile Ultra Marathon in 9hours 11min. A number of good quality coastal rowing races
2012 New record for Mixed Pairs Sark to Jersey in 2hours 6mins 59secs. Good season on the bike, running and rowing, including a fast leg of the Jersey Marathon (did 10k in 37mins, and felt good so continued 2.02hrs 18miles @6.72 min mile pace ( 4.2k pace over 28.8k dist))
2013 Training for Ironman France 3.8k swim, 112mile bike and 26.2mile marathon
