2009 Winner Jersey Tough Guy, Placed top 17 in World Coastal Rowing Champs (Plymouth) and top 5 GB Masters at Coastal Rowing Champs
2010 Winner Jersey Tough Guy, Set new record in Macmillain row-a-thon. Top 23 in World Coastal Rowing Champs. Top 4 in UK Indoor Rowing Champs (>45yrs < 75kgs)
2011 Winner Jersey Tough Guy, 7th Overall in the Easter Series Cycle Races (2nd Vet). Silver Standard in Etape du Tour (sub 4 hours). 48Mile Ultra Marathon in 9hours 11min. A number of good quality coastal rowing races
2012 New record for Mixed Pairs Sark to Jersey in 2hours 6mins 59secs. Good season on the bike, running and rowing, including a fast leg of the Jersey Marathon (did 10k in 37mins, and felt good so continued 2.02hrs 18miles @6.72 min mile pace ( 4.2k pace over 28.8k dist))
2013 Winner Jersey Tough Guy, A number of good quality coastal rowing races (always in top 4) Qualified European Triathlon Champs (Age-Group)
2014 Athlete Rep for Glasgow Commonwealth Games, 11th (Age Group) European Triathlon Champs, 3rd (Age Group) GB Triathlon Champs, selected for Island Games Triathlon 2015
2015 Enjoying recreational sport: Triathlon (Half-Ironman 4:37:00) and Rowing (2000m < 6:44 4th Place at British Indoor Rowing Champs Dec 2015) and re-taken-up Rock Climbing and Canoeing. Currently ranked on Concept2 Rowing Website as top10 in the world for 5k, 10k and half-marathon (<75kg/Age Group) Considering doing BMC mountain leaders course
2016 Prince Albert Challenge Monaco 21/22 Feb 2016: Doubles (2 people) Master Rowing 6000m (2nd) and 3000m (2nd). Ironman Mallorca (10hours 45mins). World Coastal Rowing Camps (B-Final 35th place overall)

2018 Retired from competitive sport to focus on coaching and supporting.
